Trend Analyses

Occasionally, alongside statements on relevant deadline updates based on technical and anticipated scheduling as well as statements on construction status, it is also relevant to look at the extent to which the work intensity is increasing or decreasing for schedule-relevant tasks. These statements cannot be based directly on a network plan calculation; instead we identify them for each process, calculate them separately and add them to the status report.

This makes it possible to identify areas of work that are especially critical for project and construction management, and influence them actively through the control process.
