Schedule Control

Based on the specified target schedule, we inspect, document and evaluate construction progress on a regular basis. Using a network plan calculation, we can pick up on any current variances through a target/actual comparison — as a perpetuation of the planned schedule — and assess schedule-critical processes and trends in the construction progress.

We prepare a status report that summarises the results and communicates schedule-critical developments. If there are alternatives or opportunities for optimisation that can be drawn from the network plan, they will be revealed as well. If desired, cost resources already added can also be drawn on to evaluate the project’s status.
