From the overall schedule to a detailed plan for each sub-process, we compile them all together in the form of a Gantt chart or line chart with an overview of dates in table format. The result covers all activity and milestones relevant to the project in one fully-networked schedule in accordance with DIN 69 900. It goes without saying that the schedule’s targets must be met.

In line with user wishes, these schedules – which can occasionally be highly complex – can be condensed, i.e. consolidated.
