Summary Opinions

If there are issues relating to construction management or disruptions to the planned project schedule, BMC can give its opinion on scheduling and financial matters based on documentation of the project’s final specifications — including when called for by contract. These opinions can be used to obtain an initial, concrete assessment of the situation from the claimant’s perspective.
