Expert Opinions for Private Purposes

When we prepare expert opinions for private purposes, we assess the incidents considered relevant by the claimant against actual developments. To do this, we use documentation of the project’s progress, actual work performed, and construction specifications alongside a legal assessment of the grounds for third-party claims; we then present a comparison of the scheduling and financial impact against the original situation planned under the contract. We evaluate the prevailing contractual environment from our perspective as technical experts and construction managers.

If desired, we can also have this evaluation carried out by our publicly appointed and sworn expert for pricing, billing and schedule delays in construction and civil engineering – in the form of expert testimony for use in court.
