Our publicly appointed and sworn expert responds to matters relating to any aspect of construction management — whether construction pricing, billing or schedule delays in construction or civil engineering — in accordance with the court’s request for testimony and the parties’ submitted documents/court files.

The testimony we prepare is used principally by the court as a way to judge the facts of the matter and the claims that have been filed.
