Photographic Documentation
We record the status of work and construction using photography, securing it as evidence. We attach special importance to documenting the preliminary work that prevents our clients from completing their work. Our photographs are transferred into a specially created database based on the relevant project’s property matrix, where they are then processed.
All photographs are numbered and located in the planning documents with arrows pointing in the relevant direction of view. The result is a report presented to our client in which the photographs and relevant planning documents are summarised in a well-structured and systematic manner.
If desired, we can produce an explanatory report for the photographic documentation, containing corresponding action recommendations for the construction managers. Photographic documentation is normally repeated at regular intervals. Thanks to this systematic coordination, the development of the construction site or individual tasks can be illustrated and seen without a problem.
