Construction Status
It is necessary to record the different activities on the construction site in detail and distinct from each other to attribute productivity losses based on their cause and illustrate the interdependencies between the trades involved, this documentation is then used to judge the status of construction.
To this end, we take an intensive look at our clients’ contractually agreed scope of work as well as the performance status needed for the required preliminary work. We then observe and evaluate the work status by inspecting the construction site. We record this information based on the property matrix for the project so that it is possible to compare it side-by-side with other project data, e.g. using a timetable.
Such records are also necessary to assess construction status when invoicing for a terminated contract for work, and we can take care of these professionally.
