Execution of Work

The contractor is obliged to deliver the work with the contractually guaranteed properties. Deviations between the provision of contractually agreed and performed services must be recognized in order not to endanger the decrease in performance.

BMC checks, also during construction, how it is ensured that contractual obligations are met and develops instructions for process corrections to prevent damage to those involved.
